This methodology involves a high-degree of hand-holding, expanded documentation, comprehensive training artifacts and an enterprise grade PMO infrastructure to manage all the moving components of the ERP or CRM deployment.
As part of all of Caravel’s deployments, it provides a PMO framework and platform to track all project related activities and artifacts. This tool is designed to keep all project stakeholders aligned with full transparency into project plans, tasks, activities, risks, issues, changes, documents, activities, and status updates.
