As part of all of Caravel’s deployments, it provides a PMO framework and platform to track all project related activities and artifacts. This tool is designed to keep all project stakeholders aligned with full transparency into project plans, tasks, activities, risks, issues, changes, documents, activities, and status updates. Re-Implementation

Caravel works with Clients in a post-implementation capacity for those Clients experiencing issues with their current use of their business application environment.

  • Health Check – A review of existing issues, pain point and system configurations with a deliverable focused on providing a remediation plan toward resolving the outstanding issues including a prioritization and expected impact assessment to the organization.
  • Optimization – Helping Clients optimize their existing deployments through minor system changes or automation.
  • Re-Implementation – Should the determination be made that a re-implementation is required based on existing deployment or evolving business requirements, a full assessment will be performed in advance with a focus on minimizing business impact and cost.
